The Mill Park Secondary College Council consists of eight non Department of Education and Training (DE&T) members, four DE&T members, two community representatives and the Principal as the Executive Officer.

The Council meets eight times annually, twice each term on the third Tuesday of the month. The Council has five standing committees:  Curriculum, Community, Resources & Student Environment, which meet on the first Tuesday of the month at the Middle Years Campus.  The Finance Committee meets on the second Monday of the month at the Middle Years Campus.

The 2008 College Council President is Mr. Robin McCoy.
