Parent Referral Form
The wellbeing team at Mill Park Secondary College welcomes any questions or concerns from the school community – students, families, and staff. The wellbeing team support students with brief short-term individual counselling, advocacy, and/or information/referral to external agencies. Additionally, families can access support via attendance to family forums, parent/carer programs to support their teen (e.g., Tuning into Teens), information and resources, and secondary consultation. Families can make a referral to the wellbeing team here. The wellbeing team also provide upskilling, coaching, and secondary consultations with staff to foster student wellbeing.
