I studied English language for six months at Mill Park Secondary College and then went into Year 10. My experience at Mill Park was amazing because I always felt cared about as an individual. I studied very hard all the time and I could always get help from my teachers. My parents and I are very happy that I graduated from Mill Park with a very good ATAR of 94.7 and I am now studying Pharmacy at Monash University, which was my goal. My brother has now come to study at Mill Park Secondary College and is in Year 10.I will always remember and appreciate my time in this school.

My name is Bich Tien Le but my friends call me Wendy and I am an international student from Vietnam. I completed my high school education at Mill Park Secondary College and I had a fantastic and memorable experience in Years 11 & 12.

The bond between teachers and students is just like a family. I enjoyed every one of my classes although it was difficult and at times challenging. I’m so grateful to have been a student at Mill Park and I would highly recommend this school to my friends and family.

Last but not least, the International Office with the three kind hearted staff are really supportive and helpful as they always do their best for International Students.

Thank you so much Mill Park Secondary College.

The International Student Co-ordinators at Mill Park Secondary College are always considerate, enthusiastic and keen on helping international students have the best experiences at the school. Beyond being a co-ordinator, they also act as a friend that support the students’ welfare, aid them academically, or encourage them to participate in curricular activities that will develop students to the best of their abilities. I had a great time thanks to the co-ordinators here and the International Student Program in general.

Arriving in Australia without any prior experiences with studying overseas, I was really nervous on the first day at Mill Park Secondary College. But the wonderful International Student Program at this school has helped me a lot in easing my nerves. Ms Pan, the International Student Coordinator, Ms Marilyn, and latter Ms Nguyet have created an environment where international students from all around the world feel comfortable in, while also generating many opportunities for us to connect with one another. It was, for me, a truly warm and cosy experience at Mill Park as I always feel “at home”, even in a country several thousands kilometre’s away.
