2024 Information Pack

Please find the 2024 Information Packs for Years 8 – 12 students who are currently enrolled at Mill Park Secondary College. For Year 7 Information please head to our Commencing Year 7, 2024 page. If you are currently not enrolled at Mill Park Secondary College and would like to apply for a position, please fill out our Enrolment Enquiry form.

*Please note the CSEF Application Form and Instrumental Music Enrolment Form can be returned to the General Office or via email at mill.park.sc@education.vic.gov.au. To be eligible for CSEF you must hold a valid Pension Concession Card or a Health Care Card. (Please attach a copy of your card with the CSEF Application Form)
